Return Period - Customer can easily book the return within 7 days after delivery.

Pincode Unavailable - In case Fabric Fussion is not able to arrange the pickup from a particular pincode, we request you to kindly self ship the return at the below mentioned address.

- We are liable to compensate for the return charges beared by the customer upto Rs.100.

- We request you to send a copy of the receipt/charges incurred by the customer at @wearefabricfusion@gmail.com to claim the compensation.

Refund Method - Refund amount can be transferred to customer's Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings - Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at Fabric Fussion warehouse.

Note - In case of Return & Exchange, the orders which were initially placed by using any kind of discount coupon code will be refunded in Fabric Fussion wallet only. However, orders which are placed without using any discount code can be refunded in original source if requested by the customer.

Delivery Timings - Usually delivers in 10 - 12 working days. There may be some exceptions wherein there is a case of lockdown, protest, extreme bad weather conditions ongoing in a particular area.

Return Slip - Kindly take return slip for confirmation of reverse pickup done successfully.

Courier Partners - Order will be delivered by one of the courier partner i.e Delhivery, XpressBeez, BlueDart, DTDC, ShadowFax.

Return's Refund

Return's Refund - Refund amount can be transferred to customer's Wallet/Coupons/Direct Bank Account/Google Pay/PhonePay/PayTM.

Refund Timings - Refunds will be transferred within 3-4 working days once we receive the shipment at Fabric Fussion warehouse.

Note 1 - For COD orders, the mode available for refund is only Fabric Fussion Wallet. Monetary refunds are not possible in case of COD orders.

Note 2 - Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 30 days from the date of order placement.

Cancellation Refund

Refunds On Cancellation - If cancelled order requires any refund to be given back to the customer, then the refund will be credited within 1 working day in Fabric Fussion Wallet whereas it will take anywhere between 7-15 working days for Original Source depending upon the payment method.

Note 1 - Company(We) can cancel any order if found faulty, payment issues etc from our end without any prior notice to the concerned customer and customer cannot sue us for that.

Note 2 - Company have all the rights to cancel the order without any notice to the customer.

Note 3 - Transaction charges of 7% + GST will be deducted wherein customer demands a monetary refund of their prepaid cancelled orders.

Note 4 - There will be no deduction of transaction charges in case of wallet refund.

Note 5 - Also , there will be no deduction in cases wherein the customer makes a double payment against a single order by mistake.

Note 6 - Please note that we are not liable to entertain any refund/issue raised after 30 days from the date of order placement.

Prepaid RTO

In case of Prepaid RTO, customer will get the refund in Fabric Fussion wallet only. In cases wherein a pincode is no longer serviceable and further we are not able to deliver the shipment via any other means,the customer can request for a monetary refund.
